Radwan Chahrouk

Radwan is a Senior leader and Cambridge PDQ programme leader in Al-Rowad International Schools. His professional experience spans teaching, middle leadership and senior leadership roles in international schools in Saudi Arabia. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in education, with his research focusing on the impact of international education in Saudi Arabia, in terms of the development of human capability, ensuring pupil readiness to tertiary education and beyond, and teacher upskilling and continued professional development and learning. Radwan believes in education as a moral endeavour, and in teaching as both a privilege and a responsibility. He enjoys reading, coffee, cycling and hiking, and looks forward to moving to a more rugged mode of life in the near future.
