Previously, as Vice Principal at Bloom Education, Director of Innovation for Teaching and Learning with Taaleem and GEMS Education,
I successfully applied entrepreneurial principles to transform educational practices, emphasizing sustainable innovation. This
dedication to innovation is not just my profession; it’s my passion, driving me to continuously explore and implement effective educational strategies.

My academic background includes a Master’s in International Management and Policy of Education from the University of Birmingham, with a
thesis focusing on the significance of staff professional development programs for educators and student achievement. I am currently
pursuing a Doctorate of Education with a focus on Educational Futures at the University of Glasgow.
